As a curious, data-driven Client Success Manager, Connor enjoys guiding clients to long-term success. The cross-functional and ever-changing nature of customer success and project management is something he finds exciting. Likewise, learning new skills and using them to help clients and his team are particularly enjoyable. He leads with empathy and builds his understanding by listening and asking lots of questions. Bringing value to clients is always top of mind for Connor and his approach to developing long term relationships is through consistency and results.
Connor has a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Global Studies from Hood College in Frederick, Maryland. He brings five years of experience in customer success, account management, project management and marketing in various settings including: SaaS, D2C, B2B, B2C, and Retail.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys hiking and exploring the mountains around Boulder, CO with his fiancé.
