As a customer-focused, out-of-the-box thinker, Max loves working with his customers to ensure they are taken care of in all areas of the customer journey. Before joining Trek10 as a Client Success Manager, Max was a Customer Success Manager at an edge computing company whose primary focus was retail technologies. Before that, he held positions at Apple and Coach.
Max has a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from Seton Hall University in New Jersey. In his downtime, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their new daughter and taking frequent trips with the family to The Bronx Zoo. Other hobbies include Legos and working on his tool collection.
